We work hard to create our own artistic style when colouring, cutting and forming hair at Andrew Mulvenna. Firstly we use the Vidal Sassoon principles of hair cutting. Vidal was a visionary and is globally known as the creator of contemporary , precise cutting. He pioneered the purest in cutting precision and shape creation factoring in; face-shape, bone structure, hair texture and natural hair growth patterns. These fundamentals are always considered when we shape and cut hair - the result is a hair-cut that holds shape, flatters the bone structure, lasts longer and just works really well.
We are also just as professional and skilled when it comes to colour work. We have the full spectrums and suites of colour curated by ourselves including all the families within L’Oreal Professional colour ranges and Crazy Colour [vibrant colouring]. These are world renowned brands that delivers amazing colour results with incredible respect for the hair and client. We love to produce the classics but we are also are bang up to date with all the hottest trends this year in colour; root-smudging, contouring, two-tone, foiliage, colour-melding, root-punch and so on ...
We have super experienced L’Oreal Colour Specialists in-house. They are trained to a teaching level and know their colouring inside and out. The £44 Up-Styling pricing refers to hair being pre-washed and dried before arriving for the service leaving the full appointment to up-style and dress your hair to perfection. If you wish your hair to be washed as well as up-styled this will require you to come in 40 minutes before the appointment time to wash and prep.

The pricing is constructed as the service can take between 2-3 hours of the stylists time and this brand formula is amazing with no irritant vapour unlike all others but it's worth it. We price this service on how much product is used for accuracy and pricing fairness to all customers - We price £50 for every 10 mls of this Premium product used in this process. This amazing service is solely carried out by our highly trained level 3 stylists.
On average customers pay around £160 for shoulder length hair this can vary depending on thickness and therefore quantity used.
** 30-40 mls would be average usage on mid-length hair to shoulders. 50-80mls on quite long or extremely thick hair.
